1. Consent and Opt-In
By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from MissedCallPro through any of these methods:
- Texting a keyword (such as INFO or START) to our phone number
- Submitting your phone number through a form on missedcallpro.io
- Providing your phone number verbally or in writing during a business interaction
- Checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website forms
Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.
2. Types of Messages
- Missed call follow-up notifications
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Customer care and support responses
- Service updates and status notifications
- Product information and onboarding instructions
- Promotional offers (only if separately opted in)
3. Message Frequency
Typically 1-10 messages per month depending on your interactions. Promotional messages, if opted in, will not exceed 4 per month.
4. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. MissedCallPro does not charge any additional fees.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
- Reply STOP to any message
- Reply CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or QUIT to any message

7. Carrier Liability
Carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Data Collection and Privacy
We collect your phone number and messaging consent status solely for operating the MissedCallPro SMS program. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number for third-party marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Supported Carriers
Supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular.
10. CTIA Compliance
Our SMS program complies with CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
